MASSIVE MOMENT!!! ANNASLEY IS HALF WAY!!!
Having now rowed as many miles as she has left to row, this is a HUGE day for Annasley!
Whilst there isn’t a banner, or a signpost, or any fireworks marking this halfway mark…psychologically it means so much.
Up until, there may always have been that niggling doubt; “Can I actually do this?” – it’s SUCH a massive undertaking, there are SO many times that have been scary, or where she has been completely exhausted…it’s natural to wonder how possible this really is.
But now, she KNOWS she can do it, because everything she has left to row, is LESS than what she’s already been able to do!
She’s on the downhill stretch – Barbados, here she comes!!
